BUSINESS ASSESSMENTS for Performance Excellence
Our Performance Excellence Assessment Process is used
internationally to provide our clients with an objective
assessment of their key business processes.
The combined use of our Best Practices Collection along
with the Performance Excellence Assessment Process offers
clients:
- An organization - wide, department by department,
plant by plant, objective assessment
- A systematic approach to implement actionable objectives
throughout the organization
- Continuous improvement plans based on best practices
to address specific deficiencies
- A process to integrate benchmark metrics with Key
Performance Indicators
- An opportunity to identify and recognize internal
best practices
The Performance Excellence Assessment Process combines
the depth of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award
Criteria and the detail of the ISO 9001:2000 & ISO/TS
16949 series of standards. The assessment is based on
the application of sound business practices that lead
to bottom line results.
This assessment process directly meets the requirements
of forward thinking executives who want to take their
existing audit processes and compliment them with a rigorous
“business assessment”. This rigorous assessment
using trained management assessors from various functions
can also serve as a management development tool for those
in line for greater responsibility and accountability.
The process takes a "diagonal slice" of headquarters,
and operations function from CEO to front-line employees.
