Your Lean Certified Consultant will take the time to understand your current processes so as to develop a roadmap that is customized for the organization. Typically your consultant will be on site for two to three days at a time. The duration of the process is largely dependent on the speed with which the tools and techniques are applied. The role of our consultant is to work himself out of his role in your organization so that you can take full ownership of the process and results.

Typically the fees charged by Quality Solutions, Inc. are based on the following:

• Material Expenses
• Follow-up consultation support (days) to Project Teams

Some organizations prefer projects to be priced based on a full package of services vs. daily rates. We can accommodate either approach.
